บ้านชาวเชียงตุง สวยไม่ต้องแต่ง
อิมิเกรชั่นที่พวกเราไม่เคยต้องลงไปแสดงตัวเลย เอากะเค้าดิ

กลับมาถึงบ้านตอนเกือบหกโมงเช้า ฟ้ายังไม่สว่างดี
ลงจากแท๊กซี่ รอใครซักคนออกมาเป็นประตูให้
ไม่รู้ทำไม สายตาพาไปจับจ้องที่รั้วบ้านตรงข้ามอยู่เนิ่นนาน
พอเข้าบ้าน คำแรกที่ได้ยินก็คือ "น้องปิ๊งตายแล้วนะ ในผับที่ไฟไหม้ ออกมาได้แล้วแต่เข้าไปช่วยเพื่อน เลยไม่รอด"
น้องปิ้งอยู่บ้านตรงข้าม เล่นกันมาตั้งกะเด็กๆ

ลูกน้อง : ท่านแม่ทัพ ...(พลับเหลือบไปเห็นท่านนักปราชญ์) แล้วท่านชายประหลาดผู้นี้คือ?
ท่านนักปราชญ์ : เฮ้ (ยื่นมือออกมาห้ามแบบหนังจีน)ข้าเป็นเพียงคนรากหญ้าคนหนึ่ง ไม่สามารถจะเป็นคนประหลาดได้หรอก อย่าเรียกอย่างนั้นเลย
ท่านแม่ทัพ : เฮ้ (ยื่นมือออกมาห้ามแบบหนังจีน) คนประหลาดก็เป็นประหลาดซิ ท่านจะถ่อมตนไปทำไมกัน

It's so funny that sometime we laugh suddenly we can't help feeling unsecure and lost in a daze of our own life, of all the things that has happened to us , of our clueless future.

In life we try to find something to hold on to.

some people hold on to love, understanding, truth, peace even freedom.
Yes, we're different.
But at least we all hold on to something.

We can practice breathing in breathing out, with understanding or without understanding.
But if we practice without understanding "why" we're practicing, soon we'll be lazy to continue.
We practice to understand ourselves.
We practice to recognize our suffering.
When we blind to suffering, we hurt each other.
Sometime we don't recognize suffering because sometime suffering manifested in form of pain feeling, neutral feeling or mental formation.

In Budhism, flower is the manifestation. it's the manifestation of our mind conciousness our eye conciousness, just like suffering.

Many times we're victim of our own perception, thinking and we do things that bring suffering to others.

We all have suffering but we can practice to be able to recognize each other's suffering and we try to take care of each other's suffering.

If we try to be good we make ourselves loose a chance to recognize our negative seeds.
Don't run away from suffering. It's ours. It's precious.
Suffering is the first noble truth.
With mindfulness we take care our negative seeds without trying to fight against it.

"If you think I am here to give you the Dharma ,The Truth. You're wrong."

The Dharma it should be found in yourself.
The Dharma it should be found in suffering.
The Dharma only can be born from suffering.
The Practice only can be born in yourself.
Don't find freedom outside you.
You have your own suffering and you can end your own suffering.
It's never too late to stop suffering.
True happiness is when suffering is stopped.

Suffering is the noble truth.

Last thing I want to say to you " Don't be too busy " because if we make ourselves be too busy we will not have enough time to practice more deeply.
Please don't be too busy.
