It's so funny that sometime we laugh suddenly we can't help feeling unsecure and lost in a daze of our own life, of all the things that has happened to us , of our clueless future.

In life we try to find something to hold on to.
some hold on to fame, power, money or whatever they thought it's worth for their live.
some people hold on to love, understanding, truth, peace even freedom.
Yes, we're different.
But at least we all hold on to something.

Our in-breathe makes our out-breathe possible.
If we hold on to in-breathe, our out-breathe cannot happen.
All we must do is release it out in order to makes our life continue.
Exhale is the most important things we do to live.

I think it's just like "letting go"
No matter what is it, happiness or suffering.
wining or losing
pride...fame...all will be gone.
If we have ability to let it go.
simply we create our beautiful life.
